Hello, I’m James Janson Young.
I’m driven by the question: ‘How can we arrange our present to better serve our future?’
Right now, this question feels all the more pressing.
I’ve been writing about the future in various forms for over two decades – from songs I wrote for my band in the late 90s, whilst dreaming about tomorrow, to official reports on how the UK Government could better manage public money.
I’m an avid consumer of ideas. I’m a keen musician – guitarist, pianist, songwriter and sometime session-musician. I’m a husband and a father.
